For the BWL Hong Kong Regional Customer Centre, our brief was to create a hybrid space that transcends the traditional showroom. It was to become a multifunctional hub where wellness retail, hospitality-inspired lounges, flexible event spaces, and collaborative work environments co-exist seamlessly.
We were commissioned by our long-term client BWL, with whom we have been cultivating a rich design language across Asia. The latest regional centre in Taichung, Taiwan, occupies two expansive floors of a city-centre commercial building, totalling approximately 11,300 square feet.
Located within a commercial building, this single-floor project of approximately 5,200 square feet was conceived entirely as a destination for BWL’s customers, a space to experience the brand’s healthcare products, wellness ethos, and community spirit in a refined and immersive environment.
Bean Buro was tasked with designing a flagship store for the organic skincare beauty brand Beautysaur Organics. The vision is to create a flagship store as a robust physical presence and attract a broader array of customers. The physical store would also allow the brand to organise events and workshops to introduce the latest skincare products to the general public.
After the successful design of Best World International's headquarters in Singapore, the premium skincare and wellness company returned to Bean Buro to design a branch for their direct selling network, BWL, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Bean Buro was appointed to design the sales gallery and show apartment for this residential development in Hong Kong which is inspired by Spanish gardens. The sales hall is located in a busy district in Hong Kong. Our scope included designing over three stories with an internal staircase as well as the refurbishment of the façade.
Bean Buro has rejuvenated the World Trade Centre Mall in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, by infusing it with a new aesthetic that is simple, fresh, and elegant. With a focus on attracting the young demographic interested in high-end luxury lifestyles, the design concept draws inspiration from the organic qualities of nature.
We were invited to refurbish one of the trendiest shopping malls in Hong Kong. The mall is famous for buzzing with young locals and tourists and was due for a freshened identity to upkeep its brand as an inspiring mall for a new generation of customers. Our design focused on the common circulation areas of the mall, including the relaxation areas and restrooms.
