Architectural Designer / Interior Designer

For overseas applications, candidates should apply for a working holiday visa, or a work visa can be sponsored for successful candidates.

Responsibilities and opportunities

  • ⁠Collaborate closely with our design team and directors on exciting, diverse projects

  • ⁠⁠Conduct site surveys and document findings

  • Develop design concepts through sketches, CAD drawings, 3D modelling, and high-quality visuals

  • Research and source materials, products, and finishes

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and clients

  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, design coordination sessions, and site visits

  • Assist in workshop visits, photoshoots, and company events

  • Help maintain a vibrant and organised studio space

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in a relevant field

  • Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)

  • A positive, outgoing team player with confidence and dedication

  • A strong portfolio showcasing individual or academic design work

  • ⁠⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Flexibility to work overtime when project demands


FF&E Designer / Styling Specialist

Responsibilities and opportunities

  • Source and curate styling elements from both local and international brands to enhance our design projects

  • Study architectural drawings to ensure precise measurements and fit for all design elements

  • Collaborate with team members to develop cohesive design concepts that meet client needs

  • Present design concepts and styling recommendations to clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years in a relevant field

  • Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus)

  • Strong visual aesthetic with the ability to create appealing and cohesive designs

  • Research skills: Proficient in finding and vetting suppliers and brands, especially within Hong Kong

  • Excellent project time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently

  • Technical proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign) and a good understanding of architectural drawings

  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging brands to provide fresh and innovative ideas

  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with suppliers and industry professionals

  • Detail-driven with a meticulous approach to every aspect of design, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and selections

  • Cautious and meticulous in managing details, leading to flawless execution in styling projects

  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to feedback

  • Passion for design and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

  • Proactive attitude toward all aspects of the job
