Project Design Manager

Responsibilities and opportunities
Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity is maintained
Mentor and guide the project team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation in collaboration with directors
Act as primary design lead in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and consultant coordination
Manage project programme, stakeholders, and user engagement, including maintaining the project risk register
Coordinate with MEP, Lighting, Acoustics, RSE+AP, and other specialist consultants
Oversee preparation of comprehensive design and construction documentation packages
Lead tender coordination, including value engineering strategies
Assist in evaluating change orders and claims.
Drive the design vision, ensuring innovative yet practical solutions that exceed client expectations
Contribute to business development and the strategic growth of the studio
Requirements
Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in architecture or interior design
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects
Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
Exceptional leadership, team management, and client liaison skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Experience with sustainability specialists (e.g. LEED, WELL) is a plus
Experience in Hong Kong projects is essential
Experience in project budget development
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with change management for workplace projects is a plus
Experience in contract administration is a plus

Project Lead

Responsibilities and opportunities
Take ownership of projects, leading day-to-day design development and technical delivery.
Work closely with the directors to realise the project vision.
Develop strong design narratives and concepts, ensuring design intent is carried through to reality.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members to meet deadlines.
Lead client and consultant meetings, presenting design progress and resolving technical issues.
Conduct detailed site surveys and inspections, ensuring design compliance during construction.
Prepare and review detailed drawing sets, specifications, and FF&E schedules.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience in architecture or interior design.
Experience in Hong Kong projects essential.
Demonstrated ability to run projects through all design and construction stages.

Architectural Designer / Interior Designer

Collaborate closely with our design team and directors on exciting, diverse projects
Conduct site surveys and document findings
Develop design concepts through sketches, CAD drawings, 3D modelling, and high-quality visuals
Research and source materials, products, and finishes
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and clients
Attend and contribute to client meetings, design coordination sessions, and site visits
Assist in workshop visits, photoshoots, and company events
Help maintain a vibrant and organised studio space
Requirements
2-6 years in a relevant field
Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)

Produce accurate and comprehensive construction drawing packages, details, and schedules
Coordinate design solutions with structural, MEP, and other consultants
Ensure building codes and regulations are fully incorporated into project documentation
Conduct thorough site inspections and produce detailed survey reports
Resolve complex technical challenges with innovative detailing
Support the team during the construction administration phase
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience focused on technical design and documentation
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus)
Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; strong skills in SketchUp and Enscape
Revit experience is a significant advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

FF&E Designer / Styling Specialist

Source and curate styling elements from both local and international brands to enhance our design projects
Study architectural drawings to ensure precise measurements and fit for all design elements
Collaborate with team members to develop cohesive design concepts that meet client needs
Present design concepts and styling recommendations to clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life
Requirements
3-6+ years in a relevant field
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus)
Strong visual aesthetic with the ability to create appealing and cohesive designs
Research skills: Proficient in finding and vetting suppliers and brands, especially within Hong Kong
Excellent project time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
Technical proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign) and a good understanding of architectural drawings
